# Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, Paragraph 5


(1) Article 40 (codes of conduct) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 3 omit “appropriate” in both places.
(3) In paragraph 5, for “provides sufficient appropriate safeguards” substitute “is capable of providing safeguards for the purposes of Article 46”.
