# The Daventry International Rail Freight Interchange Alteration Order 2014, Article 28: Certification of plans etc.

Extent: E+W+S

(1) The undertaker must, as soon as practicable after the making of this Order, submit to the Secretary of State copies of—
(a) the access and rights of way plan;
(b) the book of reference;
(c) the design and access statement;
(d) the environmental statement;
(e) the framework plans;
(f) the land plans;
(g) the location plan;
(h) the rail alignment plans; and
(i) the works plans,
for certification that they are true copies of the documents referred to in this Order.
(2) A plan or document so certified is admissible in any proceedings as evidence of the contents of the document of which it is a copy.
