  "text": "(1) No phase of the authorised development is to commence until a written ecological management plan reflecting the survey results and ecological mitigation and enhancement measures included in the environmental statement has been submitted to and approved in writing by the relevant planning authority. The management plan may be subject to alteration by prior approval in writing of the relevant planning authority.\n(2) The ecological management plan must include an implementation timetable and must be carried out as approved from time to time in writing by the relevant planning authority.",
