  "heading": "Implementation and maintenance of landscaping",
  "text": "(1) All landscaping works must be carried out in accordance with the landscaping scheme approved under requirement 8 (provision of landscaping) and, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the relevant planning authority, to a reasonable standard in accordance with the relevant recommendations of British Standard 4428: 1989 (code of practice for general landscape operations (excluding hard surfaces)).\n(2) The landscaping works must be implemented in accordance with the implementation timetables and maintained in accordance with the arrangements approved under requirement 8.\n(3) Any tree or shrub planted as part of an approved landscape scheme that, within a period of 10 years after planting is removed, dies or becomes, in the opinion of the relevant planning authority, seriously damaged or diseased, must be replaced in the first available planting season with a specimen of the same species and size as that originally planted, unless the relevant planning authority gives consent to any variation.",
