Article 4 Enterprise zone in Doncaster

In this article, “the Doncaster Zone area” means the area the boundaries of which are shown on map 4, and to which the Dearne Valley Enterprise Zone No. 4 (Denaby Lane Industrial Estate, Doncaster) Scheme relates.

The Doncaster Zone area is hereby designated as an enterprise zone, and the Doncaster council is hereby designated as the enterprise zone authority for that zone.
