  "text": "(1) In this article, “the Rotherham Zone areas” means the two areas the boundaries of which are shown on maps 1 and 5 respectively, and to which the Dearne Valley Enterprise Zone No. 1 (Manvers East, Rotherham) Scheme and the Dearne Valley Enterprise Zone No. 5 (Cortonwood Park, Rotherham) Scheme respectively relate.\n(2) The Rotherham Zone areas are hereby designated as enterprise zones, and the Rotherham council is hereby designated as the enterprise zone authority for those zones.",
