  "text": "No fees shall be payable by a debtor in connection with—\n(a) any application by the debtor;\n(b) objections by the debtor to an application by any other person; or\n(c) a hearing held,\nunder any provision of this Part or Part 3 of this Act, to any officer of any office or department connected with the Court of Session or the sheriff court the expenses of which are paid wholly or partly out of the Scottish Consolidated Fund.",
