  "text": "Part II of Schedule 2 (proceedings for which civil legal aid is not available) to the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986 (c.47) is amended as follows—\n(a) in paragraph 4—\n(i) after “1987” there is inserted “ or Part 2 or 3 of the Debt Arrangement and Attachment (Scotland) Act 2002 (asp 17) ”; and\n(ii) after “Act”, where it second occurs, there is inserted “ of 1987 ”; and\n(b) in paragraph 5, after “1987” there is inserted “ or Part 2 or 3 of the Debt Arrangement and Attachment (Scotland) Act 2002 (asp 17) ”.",
