  "heading": "Functions of the Scottish Ministers",
  "text": "(1) The Scottish Ministers may by order provide that their functions under this Part of this Act may be performed on their behalf by such other person as may be specified in the order.\n(2) Such an order does not allow regulations under this Part of this Act or any further order under this section to be made by any person other than the Scottish Ministers.\n(3) Such an order may make different provision for different functions.",
