The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(3), 4(5), 5(4), 6(1), 7 and 62(2) of the Debt Arrangement and Attachment (Scotland) Act 2002 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

## 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Debt Arrangement Scheme (Scotland) Revocation Regulations 2009 and come into force on 25th June 2009.

## 2 Revocation of the Debt Arrangement Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2009

The Debt Arrangement Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2009 are revoked.

These Regulations revoke those Regulations before they come into force.
