# The Debt Relief (Developing Countries) Act 2010 (Permanent Effect) Order 2011

Made at 12.00 p.m. on 25th May 2011
Coming into force in accordance with article 1
The Treasury make the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 9(3) of the Debt Relief (Developing Countries) Act 2010.
A draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, each House of Parliament in accordance with section 9(5) of that Act.

## 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Debt Relief (Developing Countries) Act 2010 (Permanent Effect) Order 2011 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

## 2 Permanent effect

The Debt Relief (Developing Countries) Act 2010 is to have permanent effect.
