  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThe Debt Relief (Developing Countries) Act 2010 (c. 22) (“the Act”) limits the amount of money that commercial creditors can recover from certain developing countries. This Order gives permanent effect to the Act.\nAn impact assessment has not been produced for this Order as no additional impact on the costs of business or the voluntary sector is foreseen.",
