  "text": "(1) The Court of Session may by Act of Sederunt—\n(a) regulate and prescribe the procedure and practice in; and\n(b) prescribe the form of any document to be used in, or for the purposes of,\ndiligence of a kind specified in subsection (2) below.\n(2) The diligences referred to in subsection (1) above are diligences proceeding—\n(a) on an extract of a document which has been registered for execution in the Books of Council and Session or in sheriff court books; or\n(b) on an order or a determination which by virtue of any enactment is to be treated as if it were so registered.",
