# Debtors (Scotland) Act 1987, Section 105: Application to Crown.

Extent: S

(1) Without prejudice to the Crown Proceedings Act 1947 and subject to subsection (2) below, this Act shall bind the Crown acting in its capacity as a creditor or employer.
(2) Section 70B of this Act does not affect Her Majesty in Her private capacity as an employer.
