  "heading": "Short title, commencement and extent.",
  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Debtors (Scotland) Act 1987.\n(2) This Act (except this section) shall come into force on such day as the Lord Advocate may by order made by statutory instrument appoint, and different days may be so appointed for different purposes and for different provisions.\n(3) This Act extends to Scotland only.",
