Paragraph 1 of schedule 7 of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016 (equalisation of arrestments and poindings used within 60 days before, and 4 months after, apparent insolvency) shall not apply in relation to an earnings arrestment, a current maintenance arrestment or a conjoined arrestment order.
