  "text": "(1) The following may be executed anywhere in Scotland—\n(a) a warrant for execution contained in an extract of a decree granted by a sheriff;\n(b) a warrant for execution inserted in an extract of a document registered in sheriff court books;\n(c) a summary warrant;\n(d) a warrant of a sheriff for arrestment on the dependence of an action or in security;\n(e) a precept (issued by a sheriff clerk) of arrestment in security of a liquid debt the term of payment of which has not arrived.\n(2) A warrant or precept mentioned in subsection (1) above may be executed by a sheriff officer of—\n(a) the court which granted it; or\n(b) the sheriff court district in which it is to be executed.",
