# Debts Due to the Army, etc. Act 1698, Section XI: Treasury to appoint Form of Debentures.


And be it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That the Commissioners of His Majesties Treasury or any Three or more of them shall order and appoint such a Forme and Method of making out the Debentures aforesaid as may best tend to the preventing any counterfeiting of the same
