# Decimal Currency Act 1969, Paragraph 18


(1) In relation to the year 1971-72 and subsequent years the Local Government (Financial Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1963 shall have effect subject to the amendments specified in sub-pargaraph (2) of this paragraph.
(2) In section 7(1) and section 9(1), for the words “one penny” there shall be substituted the words “one new penny”.
