# Decimal Currency Act 1969, Paragraph 31


(1) In relation to anything falling to be done after 31st March 1971 the Transport Act 1968 shall have effect subject to the amendments specified in sub-pargraph (2) of this paragraph.
(2) In section 13(2) and in paragraph 2 of Part I of Schedule 5, for the words “one penny” there shall be substituted the words “one new penny”.
