# The Deduction from Wages (Limitation) Regulations 2014, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Deduction from Wages (Limitation) Regulations 2014 and come into force on the 8th January 2015.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland only.
