  "text": "(1) Nothing in the following enactments applies to anything done in pursuance of an exploration or exploitation licence or a contract granted by the Authority.\n(2) Those enactments are—\n(a) Part 2 of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985 (deposits in the sea);\n(b) Part 4 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 (marine licensing);\n(c) Part 4 of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010 (marine licensing).",
