# Deep Sea Mining Act 2014, Paragraph 5


In section 4 (prevention of interference with licensed operations), in subsection (1), for the words from “pursuance” onwards substitute
“pursuance of—
(a) a contract granted by the Authority; or
(b) an exploration or exploitation licence.”
