  "text": "DEEP SEA MINING\nMade 2nd August 1984\nLaid before Parliament 9th August 1984\nComing into Operation 3rd September 1984\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 2 and 12 of the Deep Sea Mining (Temporary Provisions) Act 1981, (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”), and with the consent of the Treasury given in relation to Regulation 5, hereby makes the following Regulations:—",
