# Deep Sea Mining (Exploration Licences) Regulations 1984, Paragraph 15: Inspection of Records and Samples


Any person authorised by the Secretary of State may at all reasonable times inspect or make abstracts or copies of any records, returns, plans or maps which the Licensee is required to keep or make in accordance with the provisions of his licence.
