# Deep Sea Mining (Exploration Licences) Regulations 1984, Paragraph 17: Returns


During the currency of this licence the Licensee shall furnish to the Secretary of State at yearly intervals from the date of this licence a return in a form from time to time approved by the Secretary of State of the progress of the Licensee's operations in the exploration area. Such return shall contain—
(a) the matters set out under clause 13 above;
(b) the Licensee's annual expenditure on exploration in the exploration area;
(c) a statement of the ownership of all ships or other vessels used by the Licensee to explore in the exploration area.
