# Deep Sea Mining (Exploration Licences) Regulations 1984, Paragraph 8: Diligence


The Licensee shall carry out the exploration for which he is licensed in accordance with the exploration plan. It shall be the duty of the Licensee to ensure that such exploration is carried out with all due skill and diligence.
