# The Deep Sea Mining (Temporary Provisions) Act 1981 (Guernsey) Order 1997, Article 2: Interpretation


In this Order—
“Guernsey” means the Bailiwick of Guernsey;
“the Act” means the Deep Sea Mining (Temporary Provisions) Act 1981.
