  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order applies section 1 of the Deep Sea Mining (Temporary Provisions) Act 1981, as it has effect in the United Kingdom, to bodies incorporated under the law of any part of the Bailiwick of Guernsey. It also extends to the Bailiwick of Guernsey sections 1, 14, 17 and 18(1) of that Act of 1981, with the modifications specified in the Schedule to this Order.",
