  "text": "(1) Schedule 1 to this Act, which contains minor amendments and amendments consequential upon the provisions of this Act, shall have effect.\n(2) The enactments mentioned in Schedule 2 to this Act (which includes spent provisions) are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.",
