Article 2 Amendment of the Deer (Firearms etc.) (Scotland) Order 1985

The Deer (Firearms etc.) (Scotland) Order 1985^f1 is amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

In article 3(a), for “100 grains (6.48 grams)” substitute “80 grains (5.3 grams)”.

In article 5, for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b)

a sight of any type including light-intensifying, heat-sensitive or other special sighting device for night shooting.”.
