# Deer (Scotland) Act 1959 (repealed 18.11.1996), Section 17: Offences in relation to execution of this Part of this Act.

A person who wilfully obstructs any person acting in the execution of this Part of this Act or of any authorisation issued thereunder shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months, or to both such fine and imprisonment.
