# Deer (Scotland) Act 1996, Paragraph 10


Notwithstanding anything in paragraphs 3 or 8 above, the Secretary of State may require any person who has made an objection to state in writing the grounds for it, and may disregard the objection for the purposes of this Schedule if he is satisfied that the objection is frivolous.
