# Deer (Scotland) Act 1996, Paragraph 3

If any objection duly made under paragraph 1 above is not withdrawn, the Secretary of State —
(a) must consider the objection, and
(b) may confirm the scheme either in the form submitted to him or, subject to paragraph 4 below, with modifications.
