# Deer (Scotland) Act 1996, Paragraph 2


In section 11(3) of the Deer Act 1991 (details to be recorded where venison bought from a licensed dealer), for the words “Part IIIA of the Deer (Scotland) Act 1959” there shall be substituted the words “ section 33 of the Deer (Scotland) Act 1996 ”.
