  "text": "Without prejudice to the operation of section 294 of, and paragraph 10 of Schedule 3 to, the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995, any person who—\n(a) attempts to commit; or\n(b) does any act preparatory to the commission of,\nan offence under section 5(5) or this Part of this Act shall be guilty of an offence.",
