  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force sections 6 and 7(9) of the Defamation Act 2013 (“the 2013 Act”) in so far as those sections extend to Scotland. Sections 6, 7(9), 15, 16(5) (in so far as it relates to sections 6 and 7(9)) and 17 of the 2013 Act extend to Scotland.\nThe Bill for the 2013 Act received Royal Assent on 25th April 2013. Section 15, section 16(4) to (8) and section 17 of the 2013 Act came into force that day.",
