# Defective Premises Act (Northern Ireland) 2024, Section 4: Short title and commencement

Extent: N.I.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Defective Premises Act (Northern Ireland) 2024.
(2) This Act comes into operation on the day after the day on which it receives Royal Assent.
