# The Defence Reform Act 2014 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2014, Article 4: Commencement


The following provisions of the Act come into force on 1st October 2014—
(a) section 44;
(b) section 45 and Schedule 6;
(c) section 47; and
(d) section 48.
