  "text": "The following provisions of the Act come into force on 5 December 2014—\n(a) sections 14 to 18;\n(b) section 19(2), (3), (5) and (6);\n(c) sections 20 to 36;\n(d) sections 38 and 39;\n(e) section 43;\n(f) paragraph 10(2) to (6) of Schedule 4;\n(g) Schedule 5, with the exception of paragraph 2(5) and paragraph 6(4).",
