# The Defence Reform Act 2014 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2014, Article 3: Commencement


The following provisions of the Act come into force on 5 December 2014—
(a) sections 14 to 18;
(b) section 19(2), (3), (5) and (6);
(c) sections 20 to 36;
(d) sections 38 and 39;
(e) section 43;
(f) paragraph 10(2) to (6) of Schedule 4;
(g) Schedule 5, with the exception of paragraph 2(5) and paragraph 6(4).
