  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force the remaining provisions of Part 2 of the Defence Reform Act 2014 (c. 20). These provisions remove previous restrictions relating to the Review Board for Government Contracts, which has now been wound-up. Paragraphs 2(5) and 6(4) of Schedule 5 to the Act have been superseded and will not be commenced.",
