# Defence Reform Act 2014, Paragraph 8


(1) The SSRO may make arrangements—
(a) for persons to provide professional services to the SSRO;
(b) for persons to be seconded to the SSRO.
(2) The arrangements may, with the approval of the Secretary of State, include provision for payments by the SSRO.
