  "text": "(1) Section 129 (application of Act to persons currently serving in the reserve forces or regular services) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1), for “the transitional class” substitute\n“—\n(a) the original transitional class (see Parts 1 and 2 of that Schedule), or\n(b) the second transitional class (see Parts 3 and 4 of that Schedule)”.\n(3) In subsection (2), for “the transitional class” (in both places) substitute “ the original transitional class ”.\n(4) In subsection (3)—\n(a) for “In this Act “the transitional class”” substitute\n“In this Act—\nthe original transitional class””, and\n(b) at the end insert—\n““the second transitional class”, in relation to members of the reserve forces, shall be construed in accordance with Part 3 of Schedule 9.”",
