  "heading": "Single Source Regulations Office (or “SSRO”)",
  "text": "(1) A body corporate called the Single Source Regulations Office (“the SSRO”) is established.\n(2) In carrying out its functions under or by virtue of this Part, the SSRO must aim to ensure—\n(a) that good value for money is obtained in government expenditure on qualifying defence contracts, and\n(b) that persons (other than the Secretary of State) who are parties to qualifying defence contracts are paid a fair and reasonable price under those contracts.\n(3) Schedule 4 contains further provision about the SSRO.",
