  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Defence (Transfer of Functions) Act 1964.\n(2) In this Act “enactment” includes an enactment of the Parliament of Northern Ireland.\n(3) Nothing in this Act shall prejudice any power exercisable by virtue of the prerogative of the Crown.",
