  "heading": "Deemed time of notices",
  "text": "(1) Subject to paragraph (3), any notice given under section 2 of the Act which is given—\n(a) on a Sunday;\n(b) on a public holiday; or\n(c) after 2pm on any other day;\nshall be treated as having been given on the following day.\n(2) Subject to paragraph (3), any notice given under section 5(3) of the Act which is given—\n(a) after 2pm on a Friday;\n(b) on a Sunday;\n(c) on a public holiday; or\n(d) after 5pm on any other day,\nshall be treated as having been given on the following day.\n(3) If a notice would, by virtue of paragraphs (1) or (2), be treated as having been given on a Sunday or a public holiday, the notice shall instead be treated as having been given on the following day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).",
