  "text": "Where—\n(a) a patient is discharged before 11am; or\n(b) the responsible authority is able before 11am to provide those services which it decided it would provide under section 4(2)(b) or 4(3)(b) of the Act\nthe patient shall be treated as having been discharged on the previous day.",
