# The Delayed Discharges (England) Regulations 2003, Regulation 17: Legal Proceedings


Any public authority involved in a dispute arising under or in relation to Part 1 of the Act shall not bring legal proceedings in relation to that dispute until a panel appointed under regulation 15 has made a recommendation in relation to the dispute.
