  "text": "The delayed discharge period shall end on any day on which any of the following circumstances occur—\n(a) the death of the patient;\n(b) the patient arranges his own care or other care is arranged for him so that he no longer requires community care services;\n(c) the patient discharges himself;\n(d) the patient needs to remain in hospital for a further course of treatment.",
